Meal Plan Week 3


Breakfast: 0.5 Banana, Oatmeal, Peanut butter
Snack: Fruit
Lunch: Chicken & Quinoa
Snack: Carrots & Almonds
Dinner: Lettuce, 21 day fix salad dressing, Veggies, Fish, & Shakeology
Dessert: Greek yogurt

 I cooked everything yesterday! I baked the chicken & tilapia, quinoa, veggies...
